Eat Well; Rest Lots; Stay Fit; Die Anyway
If it's such a torture for you to eat your greens or get your butt off your couch and start excercising, then don't bother.
Would you live a hundred years of suffering or 50 years of fun and enjoyment?
Ten years in prison or ten hours in an arcade/shopping/watching your favourite DVDs/[wherever you enjoy being or whatever you enjoy doing]?
BUT nobody says that leading a healthy lifestyle was bad. Especially if what's good for you is also what you enjoy.
For instance, if someone loves working out to keep fit as he loves the adrenaline rush and loves to sweat, then good for him.
In this case it would mean ten years in an arcade/shopping/watching your favourite DVDs/[wherever you enjoy being or whatever you enjoy doing].
Still, don't force yourself to do things you especially hate. And don't let pressure by others make you.
Don't do something dumb like starve yourself to lose weight or rob a bank to pay off your debts to loans sharks which was incurred by trying to settle your debt to the bank.
